Microsoft

While we have worked with groups all over Microsoft, our most recent work has been with its Casual Games group. We did extensive focus group research to get at why people play these simple but highly addictive games. Based on this information, we helped create the Microsoft Arcade brand and its nine platform permutations from Xbox to MSN Mobile. Our work included brand asset definition, message platform creation and campaign development and management. We then went on to create an internal campaign aimed at recruiting employees for the group.
